Delivery Policy

MonaCloud provides VPS hosting and related digital services through electronic delivery. This Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, how virtual private servers are provisioned, where customers can find service access details, and what to expect if an order requires additional verification or technical review.

Last updated: October 21, 2026

1. Scope of Digital Delivery

MonaCloud specializes in VPS hosting and digital infrastructure services. Delivery is generally completed electronically by provisioning the purchased service and making the relevant account or server access information available through the applicable account interface or designated delivery channel.

Physical shipping, courier services, and physical delivery tracking do not apply to standard VPS hosting purchases unless a particular product explicitly states otherwise.

Digital delivery may include access to a virtual private server, selected server configuration, operating system installation where offered, account dashboard access, and relevant service activation information.

This policy applies alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Order and VPS Provisioning Process

Our VPS delivery process generally follows these stages. The exact steps may vary depending on the product, payment method, infrastructure availability, and order verification requirements.

01

Place Your Order

Select a VPS plan, review its specifications and billing terms, choose from the available configuration options, and submit your order.

02

Payment Confirmation

The order proceeds after the payment provider confirms the transaction and any required verification has been completed.

03

Server Provisioning

The VPS is prepared according to the purchased plan and the availability of the selected infrastructure and configuration.

04

Electronic Delivery

Once the service is ready, the applicable access information or service status is made available through the designated delivery channel.

An order confirmation or payment receipt does not necessarily mean that the VPS has finished provisioning. Customers should check the relevant account or order status for the service activation result.

3. VPS Activation and Delivery Time

MonaCloud processes VPS orders electronically. Actual activation time can vary based on the selected plan, infrastructure availability, payment confirmation, security checks, operating system installation, and other technical requirements.

Where a product page or checkout page displays a specific provisioning estimate or delivery commitment, that information should be used as the reference for the applicable order, subject to the terms presented at purchase.

Unless an explicit timeframe is stated for the selected service, MonaCloud does not guarantee that every VPS will be activated instantly or within a fixed number of minutes or hours.

Orders requiring manual review, additional verification, configuration changes, or infrastructure intervention may take longer than standard orders.

4. Access Credentials and Initial Server Setup

After successful provisioning, customers may receive or be able to retrieve relevant service information through the applicable account dashboard or designated delivery channel. Depending on the product, this information may include:

  • VPS status and service identification details.
  • Server IP address and connection information, where applicable.
  • Operating system or installation details, where included.
  • Initial access instructions or credential retrieval steps.
  • Links to relevant setup instructions or technical documentation, where available.

The exact information provided depends on the purchased plan and the provisioning method. Not every service includes the same control panel, operating system image, management feature, or setup assistance.

4.1 Customer-Managed VPS

Unless a managed service is explicitly included in the order, a VPS is generally a customer-managed environment. Customers are responsible for configuring the operating system, securing remote access, installing applications, managing firewall rules, and maintaining their software.

4.2 Missing Access Information

If a VPS is marked as active but the required access information is missing, incomplete, or appears incorrect, submit a support request through the Contact page. Provide the order reference and a description of the issue without including passwords or private keys.

5. Server Locations and VPS Configuration

MonaCloud may offer VPS hosting in Singapore, India, and Hong Kong, depending on the product and the availability of the selected configuration.

Customers should verify the selected server location, CPU allocation, RAM, SSD storage, bandwidth allowance, network port specification, IP address allocation, and other included features on the relevant product page and order summary before payment.

Delivery is based on the configuration confirmed for the order. Availability of a particular operating system, server location, network feature, or optional add-on may vary by plan and infrastructure.

If the exact configuration ordered cannot be provisioned, MonaCloud may review the issue and communicate the available options. Any proposed material change to the order will be handled in accordance with the applicable order terms and law.

6. Payment Confirmation and Order Verification

VPS provisioning may depend on successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider. A pending, declined, reversed, or unverified payment may delay delivery or prevent the order from proceeding.

For security and fraud-prevention purposes, MonaCloud may request reasonable additional information or verification where an order presents a legitimate concern. We recommend providing accurate account and billing information when placing an order.

Customers should not submit payment multiple times merely because an order is still processing. Check the transaction status first to reduce the risk of duplicate payments. If you believe a duplicate charge occurred, request a billing review through the Contact page.

Order verification is handled subject to applicable privacy and data protection requirements. See our Privacy Policy for information about how personal information may be processed.

7. Delivery Delays and Provisioning Issues

Although MonaCloud aims to process orders efficiently, delays can occur for reasons including:

  • Payment processing or transaction verification delays.
  • Temporary capacity constraints at the selected data center.
  • Operating system installation or provisioning errors.
  • Network, infrastructure, or platform maintenance.
  • Security reviews or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Incorrect order information or incomplete customer requirements.
  • Events outside our reasonable control that affect service delivery.

If delivery takes longer than the estimate shown for your order, review the order status and submit a support request with your order reference. We will review the available information and, where reasonably possible, explain the status or next steps.

If MonaCloud cannot deliver the purchased service, the available remedies will be assessed under the applicable order terms and our Refund Policy, without limiting any mandatory rights under applicable law.

8. Customer Responsibilities After Delivery

After a VPS has been provisioned and made available, customers are responsible for using and managing it in accordance with the purchased plan and applicable service terms.

  • Keep account credentials, authentication keys, and access tokens secure.
  • Change initial credentials when appropriate and use strong authentication practices.
  • Configure the operating system, firewall, and installed applications securely.
  • Install relevant security updates and monitor the server for suspicious activity.
  • Maintain independent backups of important data and configurations.
  • Monitor resource consumption and remain within the plan's stated limits.
  • Ensure that hosted content and activities comply with applicable law and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Unless a particular managed service or support feature is expressly included, initial delivery does not mean that MonaCloud will install, configure, maintain, or troubleshoot every customer application.

9. Delivery Confirmation and Service Availability

Digital delivery is generally considered completed when the purchased VPS has been provisioned and the relevant service access or activation information has been made available through the designated channel, subject to the applicable order terms.

Successful provisioning does not guarantee that every customer application, website, database, or third-party integration will work without further configuration. Application compatibility, customer-managed software, DNS propagation, and external network conditions may affect when a hosted project becomes fully operational.

Provisioning status and ongoing service availability are separate matters. Once delivered, the VPS remains subject to the operational terms, maintenance practices, resource limits, and other conditions described in our Terms of Service.

10. Order Cancellation and Refunds

Requests to cancel an order before provisioning is complete may be reviewed according to the order status, payment status, and applicable terms. A cancellation request does not automatically guarantee that the order can be stopped or that payment will be refunded.

After provisioning, cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy, the relevant order conditions, and applicable law.

Customers should review the plan specifications, billing period, server location, and configuration before placing an order. If an order has been delivered but a material problem exists, report the issue so it can be reviewed under the applicable service terms.

11. Secure Delivery and Account Protection

Customers should use the official account or delivery channel designated for their order and exercise caution with unexpected messages claiming to contain VPS credentials or payment instructions.

Never share passwords, private SSH keys, recovery codes, or other sensitive authentication information through ordinary support messages. If you suspect that your account or server access details have been exposed, take appropriate steps to secure the system and request assistance through the Contact page.

MonaCloud may use reasonable security measures to protect order processing and service access. However, customers remain responsible for securing their own devices, account credentials, and customer-managed server environments.

12. Changes to This Delivery Policy

MonaCloud may update this Delivery Policy to reflect changes in our VPS hosting products, provisioning systems, infrastructure, payment procedures, or legal requirements.

When an update is published, the date at the top of this page will be revised. Order-specific delivery commitments, where expressly stated, remain subject to the terms applicable to the relevant purchase and any mandatory legal requirements.

Customers should review this page periodically to stay informed about our digital delivery and VPS activation procedures.
